Tooth!

Hailey is getting a tooth!! She has been really cranky the past 2 nights and we discovered why tonight! We are not ready for her to have teeth, we love her gummy smile!

Holiday Port Festival

We went down to the Bellingham ferry terminal tonight to check out the Holiday Port Festival. They had pictures with Santa, dancing, a couple different choir performances and a gingerbread house contest. We also got to watch the Alaskan ferry leave the terminal. It was fun, Hailey sat with Santa again and was all smiles. She enjoyed listening to the choir group, but the clapping at the end of songs was a bit scary!

We took Hailey to the mall today to meet Santa. She sat on his lap, grabbed a hold of his beard, and quickly realized that she was being held by a stranger. The photographer was able to get a picture of her on the verge of tears. It will be fun to look back on this picture next year.

5 hours

Hailey slept for a full 5 hours last night in her crib without making a peep! It was so glorious to get that much sleep. I hope this becomes the norm!!

Jeff was feeding Hailey a bottle yesterday and she decided she wanted to hold it herself!

Smart cookie

Hailey has been really interested in the dogs. She squeals at them and smiles when she sees them. She is constantly reaching out to touch them if they come near her. It is so cute.

Sleeping in the crib!!

Hailey spent her first night in her crib last night and she did great! I thought she was going to be awake a lot but she only woke up twice to eat and once because her pacifier came out. I moved her in to our bed at around 630am and she slept until 10am! It was amazing! I spent a lot of the night waking up to check the video monitor and make sure she was okay. It is going to be really nice to have her sleeping in her own room. Here is a picture of Hailey in her crib!

Family dinner

Here are some pictures from family dinner at my sister in laws house last night. Hailey ate butternut squash tonight for the first time and LOVED it. She has really figured out how to eat and it was really fun to watch her.

Great Grandma's bday

On Saturday we went to Seattle to celebrate my Grandma's 85th birthday! Hailey was an angel on the way to Seattle and was wonderful at the restaurant. We enjoyed getting together with family! Happy Birthday Grandma!
